Thanks for your valuable input Jesica. There are really problems on both sides of the equation and I’d have to agree that I am sure the contractors run into so many people that really do not know what they want…and end up unhappy because they were not clear to begin with nor did they give enough details or clarity.

Hi Kathy,

My husband spent some time working as a freelancer in oDesk, he had some good results but some bad experiences there. I guess it was because some people looking for services do not really know what exactly they want. Your points are very clear and I would really recommend them. The most common error that my husband has with these customers was their lack of interest in the progress. At the end of the day, they ended unsatisfied because they never gave feedback during the work. This deserves a thumbsup.

Hi Kathy, you really have become a master at outsourcing. Its good to see that you’re moving forward in your chosen direction.

I found the post full of good info that should be thought about properly before jumping in. There’s only one thing worse than doing things twice and that’s doing them 3 times.
