EasyOutsource…Find Your Skilled Filipino Worker Here
Ok, so now its time to take a deep breath! After two huge Outsourcing course launches in a row, I can get back to providing good quality content posting. That’s what I really love doing
In previous posts I covered Onlinejobs.ph, which was created by John Jonas and Bestjobs.ph a Filipino based service. These are both well established job services.
But, there’s a fairly new guy on the block that’s making waves and is another very viable option for finding that perfect full time or part time outsourced worker or VA…
This one called EasyOutsource.com was founded in 2009 and is the brain child of Michael Eisenwasser and Matt O’Brien, two web developers from Chicago. Here’s what they had to say on their site:
“Our mission at EasyOutsource is to make it incredibly easy for employers and Filipino workers to unite in business relationships that will improve the lives and careers of both parties.
EasyOutsource is a site that business owners and freelancers can browse, interview and hire Filipino online workers. But not only is this great for the employer but Filipino’s who want to work from home online. They can create an account and connect with employers from places like the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
Like me, the creators of EasyOutsource have found that the Philippines is the most fruitful place to find high quality labor at very reasonable prices.
I’ve been poking around in EasyOutsource for the last few days. As with any hiring site, you have the option of placing an ad as you would on places like Odesk…stating in the ad your exact needs and what you are willing to pay…or, you can surf the selection of candidates yourself and pick and choose whom you would like to contact.
I started out by just browsing. I have a natural curiosity, so browsing first fulfilled my need to see what was available. I contacted quite a few. As is expected, I’ve heard back from some, heard nothing from others, and one even had the courtesy to write me and tell me that she was already hired and had no more time but she wished me well with my search. I will be keeping her name and profile handy. That showed a lot of class
There are a few things that I love about EasyOutsource and a couple of things I can see need improvement.
What I love:
First…I love that there are pictures attached to most profiles/resumes. Once again, this adds to the homey feel of the site. The avatar option is available to both employers and prospects, so keep in mind that they also connect with you and your picture. Adds another dimension to the relationship.

You are definitely not left to fend on your own. They provide the resources to help you through your outsourcing journey.
What I didn’t like:
Not enough candidates. I think I’ve seen every candidate there. But, its not the fault of the site…just the “new” factor. As it gains in popularity, there will be many more choices. Don’t get me wrong, there are plenty to get you started…but I know there are going to be many more.
The biggest flaw I noticed and the thing I dislike most is this: You cannot “Save” any candidates. That makes it tough for people like me because I like to browse first, save the ones I like and then go back and sift through them, pick the best and then write to them.
I could not find a “save” function on the site which means I had to write to my choices right away or copy and paste their resume into one of my own folders and save for later. This of course is easily fixed and I hope they fix it soon
You can actually save people as friends, but then they end up in your “friends” column…when all you really wanted to do was save their profile to review.
Another thing I like about them is that you can write to prospects directly from the site, so that allows you to keep an easy record of whom you have contacted and how they have replied. It’s almost set up like a social site where you make and bookmark friends.
Once you have signed up with an account you receive a very nice welcome from Honey Amabelle who takes care of the Admin business for them. Kind of a nice cozy feel…she becomes your friend, so you never feel alone.
My next step on this journey will be to create my own ad on EasyOutsource. I am curious to see what kind of response I get as opposed to hunting on my own
If you’re on the hunt for that perfect Filipino worker, don’t pass up a chance to review the quality candidates at EasyOutsource. It’s the only one of the three that I mentioned that is free to use…for now anyway…so, take advantage of that!
Next up:
An update on how I am doing in Tyrone’s course.
Till then….enjoy the journey

Hi Kathy,
Sorry I’ve not commented lately – but I’ve seen so many jump on the JR course promoting it just because of who he is….
I didn’t fancy paying that sort of sum to someone who’s just got into it…lol
Plus still haven’t had time to go through Tyrones material after buying through your link…duh!
After being away for a week in Bristol and then my daughters wedding – I’m just catching up with my own workload…
Anyway – I’m glad I stopped by again… As I followed your links and like the look of EasyOutsource!
Like Ed says -= You’re our ‘go to gal’ for all things outsourcing
I do hope the owners take on board your dislikes and take action on them… You made some very valid points!
I look forward to more quality info from you soon.
Warm Regards
Randy

Randy…ha ha…I laughted about your comment on JR’s course. Boy, the big time marketers really did jump all over this didn’t they? Didn’t have a chance myself
EasyOutsource is my newest discovery and I can’t wait to post my own ad this week
But, I enjoyed watching his videos…they really were educational and I love a free education

Hi Kathy,
Great post, as usual. I have t go over and take a look at this site, it sounds brilliant. I wonder if you can delete your ‘friends’ so after you have saved them and decide not to contact you can easily get rid?
Enjoy the journey.

Hi Mandy….its great to see you again
I’ve missed you on my blog
Yes, suppose you could just delete your friends, but the problem with the “friends” idea is that they then know that you are looking at them and well, I just don’t want to get any hopes up if I don’t stay interested

Like Randy and Ed have said, you’ve become our go to girl for these sort of things. I am quite experienced when it comes to outsourcing and at some point might even consider starting my own firm such as one you’ve mentioned above but boy I learn something new every time I visit your Blog.
I only saw the first pre-launch video of JR Outsource Force and now wanted to see more but I think he has taken them out.
Easyoutsource looks like a place to have a look the next time I’m in a need of a new team member. Thanks for providing such great tips Kathy.

Hi Maddi…those videos were worth watching in my opinion…he should have left them up just to educate

It’s kinda funny, but I think EasyOutsource is the perfect name for this company as they really are the easiest of the three to navigate around

Wow! This is a really detailed and informative post about Easy Outsource. I haven’t had any chance to browse through this site but I would like to check it out. I agree with what you said though, having more choices when you’re searching the right candidate is really important. But in fairness to Easy Outsource, the site’s really new but in time of course it there will be more options. Your blog is a really great source of information about outsourcing to the Philippines and I’m already looking forward to your next posts.

Hi Kathy,
You certainly do provide a great amount of free content regarding “outsourcing.” With the level of content you provide, you could certainly create your own outsourcing course, charge what the gurus charge, and I guarantee you that there would be a line from here to Timbuktu waiting to purchase it. I would definitely be on that line.
As for “Easy Outsource,” thank you for providing us with what seems to be a fantastic outsourcing resource. It will definitely have my attention.
Until the next time!
Best regards,

Hi Kathy,
i’m one of the owners and creators of EasyOutsource. Thanks for writing such a nice review of our site!
You’re correct that we’re pretty new on the scene and we’ll get more and more useful as we grow. I’ve watched the site go from just a few members to over 1000 in a relatively short time, and I’m excited to see it getting even more exposure.
You mentioned the desire to be able to save your favorite workers in a list. This is actually something we’ve thought about doing since the beginning. Of course any time we add a new feature we want to be sure it makes the site easier to use without bloating things. We’ve oriented EasyOutsource around the idea of posting a job and waiting for applicants, but If enough people are using the site to search and find workers on their own, will likely implement something like this eventually.
To new users coming to EasyOutsource, please leave your feedback on our newly introduced forum: http://easyoutsource.com/forums/. We do read it regularly and will be happy to respond to your comments.

Hi Michael….
Thanks for coming by and taking the time to comment. It was a pleasure to do the piece on your excellent outsourcing site. And, just so you know, I just this week hired an outsourcer who speaks and write in perfect English. She was quite a find
I’ll be checking your forum out today.
Hope to see you here again sometime in the near future. Thanks Michael for giving us such a great free resource to finding the perfect Filipino outsourcer.

Hi Kathy,
I was referred over to you by one of my fellow students Sally Neil who is absolutely wonderful!
Thank you for this great resource! Didn’t know there was a lot of outsourcing done in the Philippines until I’ve been reading a lot about it on the internet. I’m from the Philippines and just moved here 8 months ago permanently so I suppose it would be easier for me to find someone.
I’m still a newbie to internet marketing though and don’t have the funds to outsource but in due time I will eventually outsource. Trying to learn as much as I can at this point but it is a bit overwhelming.
Thanks again and keep up the good work!

Hi Kathy,
I will definately be checking out some of your recommendations as you seem to know more than anyone else I have read about. The Mass Outsource course looks just what I need and I have also signed up through your link to find out more about it. Thanks for bringing this to my attention as most of these courses are far too expensive for me at the moment. I will be checking your blog more often from now on.
