<description>Brilliant post, Kathy. I have read of people who make their money by offering services then outsourcing them to cheaper labour and pockting the difference.

Enjoy the journey.

		<description>Hi Gwen,
It&#039;s interesting to hear from someone who has experienced both sides of the coin.
I am truly convinced that outsourcing is the way to go to experience huge success.
Thanks for stopping by....

		<description>Hi Kathy,

Great post. I have been on both sides. I was an article writer and it was great extra cash, and I must say pretty high quality :) But when it came to my own stuff I would outsource it and pay for it with the extra cash I made as an article writer. Makes no sense does it now that I admit it! However, I always think to myself &quot;how much time is this going to take me vs paying someone who can either do it for me?&quot; If it does take me 2 or more hours and its something I can get done for a reasonable price I tend to outsource.

Thanks for posting the resources, and I&#039;ve added you as a Cool Friend on my blog :)

		<description>Hi Kathy,

I totally agree with Barry! A while back I thought outsourcing was for nillies! Now I am a firm believer that outsourcing is the way to go IF you have high quality resources to turn to!

Thank you for a great article :-)

<description>Hi Kathy, excellent advice my friend.

When I first started i tried to do it all myself and thought i was doing ok, until i bought a ready made website. Not only did it put the one i built to shame, but it cost far less money than my time equaled. Boy oh boy was i kicking myself.

Now if i struggle with ANYTHING i outsource it and crack on with what i can do to a satisfactory standard. It save time which converts to money.

I’ve had my latest product approved by clickbank. It’s called Ease The Squeeze With Auctions, and is about showing people how to use eBay to find out what is selling in large amounts, how and where to find those products, then how and when to list them for sale on ebay. With a step by step guide, resources, worksheets and a checklist. Pop over and see what you think: http://easethesqueezewithauctions.com/

Respect &amp; Regards
