You’ve hit the nail right on the head…it is places like the Philippines that make this valuable.
Yes…I agree it can be difficult to find the perfect fit…it does take time and energy but its worth it. When you finally find the right people you have a working machine!

Good post, the Outsourcing in the philippines is exciting, and expanding well. The agents are hard working and do it with passion. It is no wonder it is so popular. I have grown very fond to, and so have others to the call center industry expecialy Call Center jobs Manila. which is just simply HUGE!

Hi Kathy, first time here and nice article.

I just want to touch on the new hype words “gig economy” describing the shift in the American workforce to freelance or “gig” style income. I have heard a lot about this, but I think the real outsourcing value lies in 3rd world countries like the Philippines as labor is extremely cheap there and the favorable peso/dollar exchange rate makes it amazingly profitable as a business manager to use labor in that country. However, finding the right types of staff especially for ecommerce style projects is not as simple.

I am all about ramping up my business! Outsourcing for me was simply a matter of survival. I simply cannot get everything done and outsourcing was the answer…;)
I am going to work hard this year to find and train one or two outsourcers to do all the work I am either not good at or simply don’t enjoy. Kathy
