Jeff Mill’s Outsourcing Secrets is geared toward educating you, not the outsourcer…as opposed to John Jonas’ ReplaceMyself.com which is a resource site dedicated to teaching your outsourcer. Each site does have tools to use for your outsourcer such as Jeff Mill’s 81 Word Press Video Tutorials that either you or your outsourcer/member of your team can log in and view. These 81 videos are broken down into 7 modules for easy navigation and viewing.

Jeff also puts out a newsletter filled with tips and suggestions for your outsourcing project as well as continually motivating you to take action. His is an ongoing coaching program in outsourcing. He also hosts a few seminars each year. His next seminar is called “The Boost Seminar” and will be held in St. Paul, Minnesota (Jeff’s home state) March 19, 20th, 21st of this year.  Remember, Jeff said there are two things that successful Internet marketers do:

• they all network by going to these Seminars (the absolutely best place to meet new JV partners as well as bringing people into your existing network.) Your network is your lifeblood and without it you will struggle to succeed.
• they all outsource some or all of their work

A few more things you’ll find in Jeff’s site include:

• A page full of videos from interviews he did on outsourcing and related subjects with other successful marketers. Some titles include: “Affiliate Management using Outsourced Talent” and “Jeff Mills presents the Train My Money Maker System and Blueprints.”
• A page of hiring documents such as a Work for Hire Agreement and Affiliate Manager Agreement.
• A full page of MP3’s to listen to and PDF’s to download and learn from.
• A forum to exchange ideas, ask questions, network with others who are interested in outsourcing. It’s not a heavily active forum…at least not yet, but Jeff does seem to monitor it daily and responds quickly.
• A complete resource page, showing you the tools and systems he uses with his virtual assistants.

Jeff also offers the option of purchasing his “Train My Money Maker System and Blueprints.” Included with this system are 8 Money Making Systems that are essentially a “business in a box” type thing that you give your outsourcer, tell them to watch the videos, read the manuals and implement what they learned. I can’t list them all but here is an example of one: “Affiliate Auto Blogs.” Your outsourcer would learn this system and implement it.

These 8 ready made systems will cost you $249….which I actually think is a very fair price to have something ready to go and start your outsourcing immediately. The perfect shortcut to those who want to outsource but don’t have their own manual or package/system they can hand to their outsourcer.

Replacemyself. com was created by John Jonas a year or two ago to address outsourcing….specifically to the Philippines. This site will be primarily used to train your outsourcer in all the Internet marketing tasks that will be required of him. Included in John’s site:

• MyProjectPlans …this is the area you  use to post your projects/assignments and your outsourcer checks in to complete them. This is the only place you should be sending your outsourcers to. Replacemyself.com is not for their eyes, only “My Project Plans” which is an area you  will have access to once you join Replacemyself.  Your outsourcer can see at a glance what needs to be accomplished. Of course you only have continued access to this as long as you are a paid member.
• Training Modules: You will automatically get the “Welcome” module and one other bonus module of your choice after joining. A new training module is released to you each month and you are allowed to juggle them into the order that you want to receive them. Additionally, you can puchase each module for $97…with each module you purchase you will also receive one month of membership in ReplaceMyself.com. Memberships cost $97 a month. These modules become available for your outsourcer to access in the My Project Plans area. To be honest, I’ve only watched a few of these videos but I’ve read in a few places that they are not the best quality training videos out there. That will have to be your decision
• A complete “Business in a Box” for those who can’t wait to get started but do not own any systems to give an outsourcer.
• Pre-found employees…if you neither want to or don’t have the time to sort out an outsourcer for yourself, there is a section of Pre-found employees that you can hire. Be aware that you will be tagged with quite a substantial “finders fee.” I find this area lacking in choices.
• Access to BestJobs.ph and Onlinejobs.ph…in my opinion this is probably the best benefit of joining Replacemyself.com. Remember I told you in my last post that Bestjobs.ph is no longer allowing anyone to sign up  for an account if they do not own a physical Philippine address. No one knows the reasoning for this, but inside John’s site he gives you access to Bestjobs.ph. You also get free access to Onlinejobs.ph which is his own Philippino hiring site that he set up. If you joined each one of these separately, you would have to pay for a membership…with Replacemyself.com it comes free….and, remember you cannot sign up for a new account at BestJobs.ph…this may be your only entrance into that resource.

As you can see, each one of these two membership sites has their place. One to educate, motivate and coach you to outsourcing success, and the other to educate, motivate, focus and coach your outsourcers.

The cost of Jeff Mill’s Outsourcing Secrets is $47 with a free month long trial. The cost of John Jonas’ ReplaceMyself.com is $97 a month. Most likely after the first month or two you will not have to continue as a member unless you want to send your outsourcer to these resources (such as “MyProjectPlans”)…obviously you would have to have a password and log in info to get them in.

In my own dealings and research into Jeff Mills and John Jonas they have come up with high marks in integrity and always over deliver content to their members. But, as always, you must do your own research and make up your own mind if these memberships are what your business needs at this point.

There are three main players/components to  Outsourcing to the Philippines (or anywhere overseas)

• The owner…the entrepreneur, the one with the vision (that would be you )
• Project Manager…your most important asset with any business is an excellent Project Manager. This is the person who will delegate the tasks that need to be done within the business  model that you have given them. It is also their responsibility to follow up to make sure it gets done right. When you first start out outsourcing, you may have to assume this position at first but it won’t be long (once the successes start coming) before you will need to put someone else in the most important position so that you can concentrate on starting new business’.
• The technicians…these are the players that the Project manager has designated your tasks to…these are the ones that actually do the physical work for you. This is your team.

Although I promised you two web sites to work from to hire from the Philippines, it seems that one site bestjobs.ph is no longer allowing anyone who is outside of the Philippines to sign up. This site is still active but it is only for people who have physical addresses with business’ located within the Philippines.  So, until they change their mind again…this one will have to go by the wayside..although there are creative ways of getting in.

When they closed bestjob.ph to outsiders, John Jonus (who was successful at using these Outsourcers) decided he would set up his own site to connect online jobs and Filipino workers  with American, Uk, Australian etc. countries.

www.Onlinejobs.ph was born in early 2008 and became the “Outsourcing to the Philippines” go to source. Onlinejobs.ph is geared specifically at Filipinos who want to work online for foreign companies.

For the most part, they are all college graduates…or senior students looking for work. The ones you should concentrate on are the ones with the Science of Technology degree. They each have different strengths and skills listed…its a rare one that would come trained in all aspects (I would wonder about those qualifications anyway)….but they all can and want to be trained to execute new tasks and procedures.

To get the best results, you need to email at least 20 people at a time with your desired job. Not everyone will return your email even if it seems they are available. Sometimes these people are listed in such places as Craigslist in the Philippines as well as onlinejobs.ph and they may have secured a job there.

Once you get email results, filter through and eliminate any that don’t seem a good fit. Narrow your list down to 5-6 applicants. Once you do this you want to test them on a fairly difficult task…to see what degree of proficiency they have, but more importantly, you  want to see their ambition and resolve to accomplish new tasks they aren’t familiar with. The ones creative enough to find and execute the answer to something they previously had little knowledge on is the person you are looking for. You want a self starter.

Personally, I think paying them for doing this task is important. It sets up good vibes between you and your prospects  and allows them to see your generosity from the start. Even if you paid each one around $25.00 you could do 5 of them for $125 which is not a lot to spend on hiring an assistant…but it is a lot to them in terms of reward. You’ll attract better prospects this way too.

Another thought is to filter through the applicants and if you feel you have found one that you would like to try out, hire them on a “trial” basis for the first month. Make sure they understand that the first month will be a trial to see if the job is a good fit for them and they are a good fit for you.

Once you’ve made your decision and hired someone, you must be sure to and stress the fact that you are “there for them.” If they can’t figure something out and they are too scared to turn to you then they will just quit showing up and walk (just like a brick and mortar employee would do.) Treat them like you would any respected brick and mortar employee. When you find a good one…one with integrity, education, creativity, passion, desire, tenacity, persistence and honesty…they are worth spending the time to nurture and train. In the end, its you that will reap the reward.

Remember, you are not Outsourcing one task to a temporary employee as you would on a site like Elance. You are training your assistants for full or part-time employment. And although you can higher part time, according to John Jonus it is better to eventually have full time employees only…as soon as you can afford to do so.

Two more things to be aware of  are bonuses for those that have earned them  and “the thirteenth month.”

• Bonuses…Because of the money exchange, it won’t cost you much to give bonuses…when they are earned, and will only endear you to your employees more….creating deep trust and loyalty which can only be a good thing.
• “the thirteenth month”...this is a tradition in the Philippines but your Filipino worker will most likely not mention it…maybe assuming or hoping that you are aware of it. Here’s the tradition: When the 12 month year is over, they are automatically rewarded a “thirteenth month’s pay” equal to one month’s salary. Can you imagine how excited and surprised your employee will be when you automatically give them this gift at the end of the year?

John Jonus has a membership site…www.ReplaceMyself.com that has training manuals that you can give to your newly acquired employee/employees, videos they can watch and learn from and he even offers his members access to a “business in a box”…for those who want to get started but don’t have a package they can give their employee to learn from and get going.

Celebrating freedom…yours and mine

Before I left on this mini vacation I was really feeling the effects of trying to do all the Internet marketing tasks that my business required of me. I was feeling exhausted and overwhelmed because I simply could not keep up….even though I was spending hours at the computer daily. “This isn’t the kind of freedom I am after” I thought to myself one day. I got into this business to escape corporate America, its rules and regulations. I was after freedom….personal and financial freedom. The kind that I knew you could  obtain by having a very successful Internet marketing business.

But I was feeling anything but free.

I realized I was going about it the wrong way…so, I promptly turned my dilemma over to the wisdom of the Universe and received a “loud and clear” message the next morning. As I was cleaning off many days worth of emails one stopped me short…the word outsourcing was in the title. Outsourcing! That’s it I thought. Of course I had heard about outsourcing many times before but there was something about this email that made me follow through and I am glad I did. Now, I am not talking outsourcing a few tasks to a one time hire….

You see, this email led me to watch a video produced by Jeff Mills on outsourcing to the Philippines. Now, I had a few Filipino friends at the corporate job I used to work so I knew a bit about the honesty and quality of the people and the Islands. But, I had no idea about the money exchange and how profitable it could be to outsource by hiring a full or part time employee from the Philippines.

Come to find out, you can hire a full time 40 hour a week college educated Filipino person for between $250 to $400 a month and $75 to $200 for a part time 20 hour a week person. That’s amazing! These people can buy a home, feed a family and buy a car for this full time wage. And, they are happy to receive it.

This is exactly what I was asking for. As an entrepreneur one must be “on their business, not in their business.” An entrepreneur represents FREEDOM. An entrepreneur should be the epitome of freedom just by virtue of the fact that they call themselves an entrepreneur. An entrepreneur must know how to delegate tasks and let go of total control if they are to experience the kind of growth and success that I plan on experiencing.

Of course like anything else, you must do your homework before you hire. That is the process I have begun. I joined Jeff Mills site (he offers a free one month trial) when you order his CD on outsourcing. I intend to stay with it until I’ve learned everything I can about this fantastic idea and become comfortable with it.

An entrepreneur by definition is free spirited. My entrepreneur spirit blossomed over a year ago and I’ve never looked back. The Internet is the perfect place for an entrepreneur to develop their business or business’. The Internet has opened doors that have never existed before and that includes outsourcing Internet marketing tasks to the Philippines.

Internet marketing can be your ticket to financial and personal freedom. But, if you don’t learn to outsource some or all of the tasks required it may be a long, long time…if ever…that you will experience true freedom. You may start to experience success but will soon be overwhelmed by exhaustion and defeat.

This is not the purpose of an entrepreneur. The purpose of the entrepreneur is to have a vision and to pass this vision…plans included and all details…. onto a Project Manager who then orchestrates,  organizes and delegates the tasks to the appropriately gifted individual.  It is then up to the Project Manager to follow through and make sure the job gets done.

Being tied to a computer all day is not my idea of fun or freedom….

Teaching others how to accomplish what it is that you need done and then stepping away and knowing that it will be accomplished is the kind of freedom I am after.

This is going to be an interesting, objective trip into this subject…

Celebrating Success…yours and mine!

As with many people visualizing a successful Internet business, I was reading everything that came my way, emails to my inbox, numerous sales pages. There is no doubt that I was on information overload! But the one thing I wasn’t doing the one thing that was missing was the most important element to my success. That element was ACTION!

It is not surprising to me that the word ACTION is actually contained and in fact is the last word within ‘Law of AttrACTION’ Until we take action in life no matter what our dreams are, nothing happens. Action is what completes the Law.

For two years I played around with the idea of pursuing Internet marketing. During that time I received notice about many coaching courses some charging figures as high as $10,000. These were simply out of my reach and I thought I would never get it! Then one day I received notice about John’s course. The first thing I noticed was how reasonable the course was in comparison to similar courses being offered. So, I did my homework. I studied John Thornhill, his blog and his reputation. I could not find one negative thing about this man or his coaching course, so I finally took the plunge and signed up for John Thornhill’s Marketing Masterclass. I have not regretted this decision one time. It is the single most effective and important action step I took to create a better life for myself in 2009.

Most likely if you are reading this post, you have a passion for Internet marketing as I do. If I can give you one piece of advice that I feel would put you on the right tract as 2010 begins it would be to find yourself a great mentor/teacher to learn from. It is your surest and quickest way to success on the Internet.

Christmas was wonderful as I shared it with my daughter, son-in-law, children and grandchildren. I do hope you were able to share Christmas with loved ones too. With a little bit of a reprieve between Christmas and New Year I thought it a good time to continue our series on Giveaway Events.

Moving on with JV Giveaway Events, let’s finish talking about what needs to be in place before you enter a Giveaway Event.  So far our list includes:

• your gift to be given away in the form of an ebook, report, membership site pass or coupon
• your own mailing list to promote to and/or ways of advertising the Giveaway promo
• a reliable autoresponder…the one I use and highly recommend because of it’s reliability is aWeber. Your autoresponder is what you will use to send out the link to your gift once they have opted in

Today we’re going to cover the last few things that will be required of you when you enter a Giveaway Event….your Landing/sign-up page and your Thank you page.

Landing/sign-up page:

Once someone enters the Giveaway, they will browse through the listed items (with graphics) and click on any item that may interest them. Once they click on your listed item, they will be taken to your Landing/sign-up page.  The Landing Page is of utmost importance, because it is this page that must continue to entice them to sign-up. You don’t want to loose them if you’ve gotten them this far! Here’s a short list of things you will want to include on your Landing/sign-up page:

• As the name implies, your Landing/sign-up page will include your opt-in form. This is where they actually sign up as a subscriber to your list. Once they have signed-up, your pre-loaded autoresponder will then ask them to confirm that they were the ones that did indeed sign up. Once they have confirmed, they will be sent an email and in that email you will include the link to your download/gift page. Once they click on this link, they will land on your download page where the link to their gift is located. You can also include directions on your download page such as how to open and “save” the gift.
• A list of benefits that target the “what’s in it for me” phrase  The better they understand how this product will benefit them, the easier it will be to get them to sign up.  Additionally, you can add any information that you feel is pertinent to your gift that will entice them to sign-up.
• A short reminder that they must sign-up in your opt-in box in order to receive the gift (most will know this, but never assume they realize these things!)
• Let them know that their subscription can be canceled at any time…eliminate any fears they may have
• Assure them that you will never rent, share, sell or give away their address to anyone!
• A contact/email address that they can reach you at. If you use a help desk, then be sure and add the URL info. This will reassure your visitors and subscribers that should they have any questions, you are available for them. This contact information should be included on your Landing page and your Thank your page.

Thank You Page:

Your Thank You page is the last required element that you must have in place before the Giveaway launches. This page does exactly what the name imples…it will thank your subscriber for opting in to your list (your opt-in form should redirect them to this page.)

Use this page to remind your subscribers that they will receive the download via email once they have clicked the confirmation link they will receive. Some Thank you pages go into great detail about how to confirm their subscription…to make it easy for any newbies that may not be familiar with the routine.

The remainder of the page can be used to offer a back end offer for an item that would compliment the choice they have made. You can go to Clickbank or PayDot.com and choose a product to use for your back end offer or possibly you know someone who will allow you to offer a product of theirs for a discount. Be sure that the product compliments and doesn’t compete with your product!

Final tips:

“The eye buys.” The first thing that your prospective subscriber will see on the gifts page is an image of your product. It doesn’t cost a lot to have professional images created that will help to grab their attention. Remember too, that the host of the Giveaway Event will need an image to post on the images page, so be sure and get graphics in different sizes.

Of course if you are proficient, you can use Photoshop or any similiar program to create these images for yourself. With the popularity of ebooks gaining ground everyday, there are many new software programs…targeted to the creation of ebook covers…entering the market to choose from.

Now you know all the elements that are required of you before a Giveaway launches. Next installment we’ll discuss a bit about where to find these hot Giveaway Events. Now that we’ve covered how to build a list with your Giveaway event, we’ll cover how you can make money from joining a Giveaway Event.

Things have finally started to slow down a bit here in my household as Thanksgiving company left yesterday. It was a wonderful Thanksgiving as it was the first time in 18 years that I had Black Friday off. My grandchildren were here and I was able to spend the day with them, my daughter and son-in-law…which was  much nicer than heading into work at the break of dawn! I hope yours was equally fun and delicious!

That said, it is time to continue my mini series on Giveaway Events. In my last post we discussed the value of entering Giveaway Events and how they are most likely the best way for a newbie marketer to begin building their all important “list.” Today we’re going to discuss a few of the things that must be in place first before you join a Giveaway.

The first and most obvious item you must have ready before entering a Giveaway is the gift you plan on contributing to the Giveaway. This gift can be a report, ebook, membership pass (for those with membership sites), scripts and software…anything that would be of value to others and entice them to sign up to your list in order to get their gift.

The most successful gifts are the unique ones…something that no one has seen before. Creating your own product from scratch is always the ideal situation and because of its uniqueness, will most likely attract the most sign-ups and build your list quickly. If you don’t have your own product, you can use a PLR product, but take the time to change it up and make it your own…including the graphics. Be careful, just because a product is a resell rights product does not automatically mean it can be given away. Always check the license first. Remember to take pride in what you offer as this product will be downloaded by many people and this is their first impression of your work. Use that opportunity wisely.

Creating your own product does not mean you have to create a full blown ebook. Creating a unique report of 10-20 pages can bring in as many or more sign-ups to your list as an ebook can. There is a good chance that those that go to your particular Giveaway Event have been to other events and the last thing they want to download is a repeat of something they saw in a previous Giveaway. Uniqueness is what will attract them and quality content is what will keep them subscribed to your list.

Another piece that must be in place before entering a Giveaway is a Mailing List or ways to advertise the promotion. If you’re a newbie and your mailing list is not impressive, it’s still important that you find ways to promote the event. Post to forums and blogs, use social networking sites such as Twitter and Facebook and ad boards as well. And, don’t forget to write an email promo to your list…no matter how small you consider it. Remember, with most Giveaways, if you have not had any referrals one to two days in, your gift will be removed.

Here’s some insider tips to consider:

• Even if you don’t get enough referrals to stay in the event the full duration, the first day is the heaviest traffic day so you can still come away with a number of new people signed up to your list.
• Your gift rank used to be reliant on how many people you referred, but that has changed with most events. These days, you can buy your way up into some sort of upgraded partnership. Usually these upgrades include a number of gift credits that will move you right to the top of the list. The advantages to that are obvious…the higher your gift rank the more exposure you’ll receive which will result in more sign-ups for you. Upgraded partners are usually given the option of adding a special offer to the rotator. Adding your squeeze page will give you more exposure and most likely more sign-ups.
• Get in the event while still in pre-launch. This will expose your product to all the other contributors for a week or more until it actually launches. Take advantage of all the small things…they can make a huge difference.

Finally, your Auto-responder: If you have built any sort of list…no matter what size, you most likely already know the importance of a reliable auto-responder. The last thing you need is an auto-responder that produces high bounce rates. All that does is destroy everything you worked so hard getting in place. You must also require a double  opt-in for your visitors. This prevents freebie seekers from keying in phony information in your sign-up form by requiring them to confirm their subscription.

aWeber is the auto-responder that I use and recommend.

There’s only a few things left that must be in place before you enter such as the  Landing/Sign-up Page as well as the Thank You Page. We’ll cover these in my next installment.

Recently I was invited to join a JV Giveaway event with other marketers offering similar products. It wasn’t long ago that I had no idea what a JV Giveaway event was, so with that in mind,  let me start this post by explaining exactly what a JV Giveaway event is and how it benefits you.

For those of you who are looking for numerous product downloads to choose from, JV Giveaways are right up your alley. In this post, we’re going to concentrate on JV Giveaway Events from a marketers stance.

From a marketers point of view, JV Giveaway events are for one purpose only…that purpose is to build their list.

If you have entertained Internet marketing for any amount of time, you know the first and most important thing for you to have as a marketer is a list of people that you can promote to.

JV Giveaway events are a relatively new method of list building …in fact, they have only been around for a few years…the brainchild of Internet marketers who love nothing more than breaking out of brick and mortar rules for marketing.

What I like best about JV giveaways is that they actually begin all the action by giving away something…a Universal principal put into action. Give and set yourself up to receive.

JV Giveaway events are similar to ad swaps. With an ad swap, you and a partner in the same field will each send the others promotion or advertisement to their own existing list. While ad swapping is a legitimate way to build your list…you are using subscribers to gain subscribers… the leverage effect is only 1:1. Most times you only carry out one ad swap at a time…although that is not a hard core rule. Remember though…all the partners that you have asked to ad swap with, you will also have to send to your list their promo or ad.

With a JV giveaway event, you can build your list with lightning fast speed. Basically with a JV Giveaway event the host of the event invites  partners to participate that primarily are list owners in the same niche and each of those partners is required to contribute a gift.

The gifts that are contributed are usually digital products:

• ebook
• report
• audio or video products
• software or scripts
• memberships at reduced fees or free membership passes

You can be creative with your giveaway as long as it falls in line with any rules that may have been set in place by the originators/hosts of the giveaway. These gifts are then pooled together by the host on one or more pages or in a members area. This is where the visitors go to “shop” for the gifts that are of interest to them.

As a contributing partner, you prepare an opt-in page for anyone that may be interested in the product you are offering. When they enter the “members area” and click on your product, they are taken to your opt-in page where they must fill in their name and email address before they are granted the free download.

This is how you build your list.

When these JV Giveaway events were first launched a few years back you were required to have a list of “so many” prospects before your were allowed to participate and they were very strict about it. That usually left out any new or beginning marketers. Times have changed and now there are alot of JV Giveaway Events that allow you to participate without having a huge list.  Each event is run by different marketers so be sure and read through the rules before joining.

You may be wondering where all the prospective prospects for this  JV Giveaway Event come from. This is the second part of the equation. Not only will you be required to bring a valuable  free product contribution to the event, you will also be required to promote the event. After all, this is a JV event and it requires a JV effort.

Everyone who participates in a JV Giveaway Event is required to promote the event to their own list of prospects as well as writing blog posts and articles and advertising through social media etc…any means that will drive traffic to the event.  When you email your subscribers, you will ask them to go to the Giveaway event and download their “choices/gifts” at zero cost to them.

Usually these things are tracked and if you have not contributed any unique hits to your promotional URL within a certain time frame of one or two days, your JV account is downgraded and your promotion removed.

Here’s an example of what might be required:

JV PARTNER RULES

Rule #1:
You MUST Promote the giveaway.
We have coded in Tracking Stats to ensure ALL JV Partners are Promoting.
If you do not have any unique hits to your promotion URL after the giveaway launches your JV account will be downgraded and your gift will be removed.

Rule #2:
Obey Rule #1

Rule #3:
HAVE FUN

Obviously, the better the gift that you offer…the more valuable it is to the visitors on the page, the more unique hits you will get that translate into opt-ins for your own list. A valued commenter suggested I mention the fact that it is always better to bring something original of your own to achieve the best results. Rehashed PLR that others have seen in other Giveaways won’t fetch you many sign-ups.

Can you see the power of leveraging everyone’s efforts at promoting this event? The possibilities are huge. If you have supplied a valuable free gift that others are looking for, you can conceivably build your list by hundreds…if not thousands within the time frame that is set up (and, that time frame for some seems indefinite as I just joined the Halloween one as a member to check out what people offer…. and it is still open and valid) Once again you would have to check those details when you signed up.

The ideal situation is to be on board when they launch the event to capture all the visitors while they are still hungry.  It’s always an advantage when you have a large list to bring to the table but understand that most times it is not a requirement… and there are other ways to contribute and drive traffic to the event. Either way,  you must contribute.

There are certain things that need to be in place before you can successfully participate in a JV Giveaway Event such as an auto-responder and support email address. In my next post, we’ll cover these as well as delve a little deeper into the product do’s and dont’s of what you should bring to the table in the way of a gift.
